* Onboard power-on reset circuit;
* I2C (2.54 x 4) or SPI (2.54 x 6) interface optional;
* 1.0 x 4 FFC footprint (I2C only);
* Default I2C address: 0x3C, for some MCU with 8-bit I2C register, the I2C address should be 0x78 (0x3C << 1).

What’s this?
1.3″ OLED display module featuring an I2C (or SPI) interface, with a built-in 10K pull-up resistance in the I2C bus. Equipped with an SH1106 driver chip and the option for internal or external charge pump. The module also includes an elliptical fixed hole designed to fit an M2 screw.
Main Features
OLED display modules with various specifications and driver circuits can be interfaced with your circuit through the IIC or SPI bus. The drive board includes an integrated auto reset circuit, IIC bus pull-up resistor, boost charge pump, and other functional units to ensure long-term stable operation of the module.
