Goals
Standalone: You can mine directly to the pools over WiFi. No External computer is needed.
Embedded: low cost, low maintenance, high availability, high reliability, low power( about 20W).
Same power consumption with the NMAxe, but more energy-efficient.
ASIC: based on the very, very efficient BM1370 from Bitmain.
BM1370
The BM1370 is an undocumented SHA256d mining ASIC from Bitmain.
It’s used in the Antminer S21.
Bitmain claims the BM1370 has 16J/TH efficiency.
Software
The software ESP-Miner-NMAxe is fully open-source.
It’s from the open-source project: ESP-Miner, which has been adapted for the BM1366 and the NMAxe hardware; BM1370 and the NMAxe-gamma hardware.
