Main Features
The EG21-G Mini PCIe is a LTE Cat 1 wireless communication module developed by Quectel for M2M and IoT applications, utilizing the PCI Express® Mini Card standard interface. It is particularly suitable for cost-effective, low-power scenarios and supports a maximum downlink rate of 10 Mbps and a maximum uplink rate of 5 Mbps.
The EG21-G Mini PCIe is compatible with previous EDGE and GSM/GPRS networks, ensuring operational capability in remote areas with limited 3G and 4G network coverage.
Based on Qualcomm’s advanced IZat™ positioning technology (Gen8C Lite), EG21-G Mini PCIe integrates a multi-constellation GNSS receiver and supports GPS, GLONASS, BDS, Galileo and QZSS positioning technologies to enable faster, more accurate and more reliable positioning. The built-in GNSS also greatly simplifies the design of customer applications.
