What’s this?

The HT-1303 is a LoRa gateway module that conforms to the industrial standard mini-PCI express form factor. It is built around the SX1303 and SX1250 chipsets, ensuring robust performance for LoRa applications.

Main Features

The HT1303 LoRaWAN concentrator is a mini-PCIe-based LPWAN module built around the Semtech SX1303 chipset, designed for seamless integration into routers or other network equipment with LPWAN Gateway capabilities. It is compatible with any embedded platform that includes a free mini-PCIe slot with SPI/USB connectivity. When paired with appropriate driver hardware and a Linux operating system—such as on a Raspberry Pi—it can function effectively as a LoRa gateway.
