Product introduction

AOB04 BT wireless Precision Positioning Base Station is one of the devices constituting a precision positioning system. Deployed within the positioning coverage area, it identifies matching positioning tags (BT wireless version 4.0 or above required) based on the BLE AOA positioning principle to achieve high-precision positioning.

This base station is a radio frequency identification device for electronic tag positioning, capable of identifying mobile tags within its coverage area with high recognition accuracy. It supports priority reception of emergency distress signals from tag cards and battery level monitoring of tag cards. Additionally, it features functions such as “group paging” and “individual paging” of tag cards, as well as reconfiguration of tag card parameters.
Product Installation Introduction
The AOB04 positioning base station is installed on the ceiling. It receives wireless signals from tags, transmits positioning information to the positioning engine. The positioning engine calculates the pitch angle and azimuth angle of the tag relative to the base station, and then computes the tag coordinates combined with the known height information of the tag. The coverage distance of the positioning base station is related to its installation height. Based on a typical indoor height estimation, when the base station is installed at a height of 3–5 meters, its high-precision coverage radius is also 3–5 meters.
